Leadership is the trait that every company's leader have to posses for running operations
for future purpose (Psomas and Jaca, 2016). Leader helps in guiding, motivating, inspiring
people to do work effectively and efficiently.
Present study will be based on Britannia hotels Ltd. It is the leading hotel in UK that
offers great beauty and locations for tourist.
Report will include comparison between different service industries change management
system and leadership that help in implementing that change.

to implementing different policies and procedures that enhance business operations for the
future. This will bring change in organization that help in gaining competitive advantage in the
market. There are steps for bringing change in the organization that include preparing for change,
managing change and reinforcing change for future course of action. Changes will bring
effective way of providing different perspective in the company. There are different components
that affect various functions of Britannia Hotel Ltd (Shek, Chung and Leung, 2015). It is
important to bring change in organization that lead to bring efficiency of workers and
improvement in work culture according to market trend.
In change management process there are different steps that are to be considered while
implementing changes in Britannia Hotels Ltd. Firstly, change can be assessed in the company
only after asking each and every employee that they are ready for it. Then build a team that helps
in managing changes in the company. In addition, creating a vision for the future and then
