another business by enabling the system of change management. Other than this changes due to
working with system of change management on sustainability of management. This analysis also

Change Management system-
Management of Hilton prefers using Kotter change model which consists 8 steps
in it. All the positive changes have been possible through this model because all the
hurdles were removed so that flow of work can be maintained as per the demand of
sustainable tourism. Due to bringing change there have been some positive outcomes as
employees have become more efficient and they are able to take on more tasks. Changes
that were made in order to meet the aspect of sustainable tourism was improving the
channels of communications and make the structure more flexible so that they can work
easily as per the change.
