Conclusion
As I have observed in the interview, the Hull University Teaching
Hospitals is not much worried about the upcoming challenges. It is
only possible because of the efficient change management
techniques and leadership styles that they can build. The hospital
provides numerous services and all the processes cannot be
substituted technologically. The efficiency can however be
increased strategic and critical thinking and the organization must
always be ready for any kind of challenges. As an effective leader
and a manager it should be kept in mind that if my hospital can
provide with good customer service then no matter what the
customers will prefer the hospital have the capability to serve them.
