INTRODUCTION
It is known that change is a common thread which run through all businesses irrespective
of the size, nature and industry. The economy is changing fast and therefore, it is necessary for
the organization to bring changes. While bringing change, a change agent learn many new things
and this way they gain more experience and acquire many new skills. While making several
portfolios, many things have been learnt by the group and this report is mainly focused on the
same.
MAIN BODY
Reflective
After the preparation of all the portfolios, it can be critically reflected that portfolios have
been made after putting great effort by me. I have researched a lot about the topic and prepared
the report. Further, I can say that all the theories inserted in the reports is accurate and they have
been critically analyzed. However, the reports have been made is of high standard but still more
efforts are required by my end. Along with that, critical analysis have been done in an accurate
manner but still strong argument have not been drawn.
Furthermore, it can be reflected that while making all the portfolios many learning have
been done by me. Moreover, I learnt that how leadership plays a significant role in the
implementation of change in an organization. Due to this, I assessed the leadership traits among
me which may help during the implementation of change in a company. Along with that, I learnt
about several theories such as theory E and O which assist in the implementation of change in a
company. Furthermore, several reading and writing skills of mine got developed which is a
positive factor for me. Along with that, I also learnt time management skills because I managed
my work in a given period of time. Furthermore, I also developed certain knowledge about the
factors which are responsible for the failure of change and how effective management can help
in the reduction of those barriers. In a similar manner, I also gain experienced in the field of
change as I learnt the theory of change management and many other reading on this topic.
Therefore, such enhancement of knowledge and experience in this field will help a lot in
the future. As a manager/leader in a future I can apply this knowledge to bring change in an
organization in an appropriate manner. Furthermore, the skills which is learnt by me will be

helpful in the future because I can easily manage the change and employee resistance I gained
much knowledge about the same. Further, by acquiring the reading and writing skills will help
me to read more about the change management and other related field. Furthermore, the writing
skills may assist me to write journals and blog about the change management.
CONCLUSION
After the preparation of this report, it can be concluded that preparation of many other
portfolios have helped in gaining the several skills and learning. The skills and learning could be
applied in future to work efficiently in an organization and this way my career enhancement
could be done.
