INTRODUCTION
Change is known as the process becoming different. Change is one of the most important and effecting element of
all business activities (Assessing Change – outcome and impact evaluation, 2017). Effectiveness of health and
social care homes is very necessary in today's world as this ensures a vital part of wellbeing of an individual living in
a society (Baker and et. al., 2010). Increasing population is the main reason behind increasing number of
environmental diseases in large number of people. Health and social care deliver variety of services to large number
of people. For this kit is very necessary that the environment of health care industry must be effective so that
demand of every customer can be satisfy. Present report contains information about the various factors which drive
changes in the enterprise and various theories related with the change management. Along, with this various
approaches which support the change is also detailed under this report.

deliver effective health and social care services to its patients. They are liable to ensure that services are meet up
with the demand of people of the local community. Due to the economic changes demands of vulnerable adults are
not prioritise because of the new reform that capped all the money into health sectors (Chreim and et. al., 2010).
Most of the primary care trust make a plan after assessing the needs and wants of the people who live in their own
homes. Because of the economic change take place I fail to provide the right resources or equipment to the care
provider to deliver effective services to the people.
Along with this, government also introduce the use of Criminal records in order to know more about the history of

with this (Drummond and et. al., 2015). Government also introduce the various standards like treat all the individuals
with respect and dignity. Provide safe and working environment to all the employees.
