With the rapid changes in the market environment business firms are becoming more
adaptable to these changes and converting them into an opportunity. In order to become
more competitive and relevant in the industry, service firms are taking a way of change
management which describes the methods and way through which company brings and
implement the changes into both internal and external process. The objective of the report
is to compare and contrast the different services organization with respect to the change
management and leadership in implementing the changes.

Change management is concerned with set of tools or structure whose work is to keep the
efforts of changes under control. It consist of the methods which describes and implement the
necessary changes into internal and external process such as preparing and supporting
employees, taking necessary steps for the changes and ongoing performance monitoring to
ensure that necessary changes have been implemented.
With the emergence of pandemic and rising demand of remote working have made it
compulsory for services industry to have change management to effectively bring the
necessary changes.

industry managers initiate open communication with the employees to make the
