INTRODUCTION
Developing manager is very important aspect to manage each and every aspect of the
company. It assists to gain high profits and positive outcomes at workplace. Managers are
performing different operations to manage positive outcomes and effective results at workplace.
Hence, they can easily support to different outcomes and results of the company through
operating functions in different areas (Bendall, Davis and Pe’er, 2014). In addition to this,
