Subject – Discussing the minutes and outcome of the meeting
My Dear Staff,
I feel happy to share feedback of the meeting presentation with you because strategic
planning for the meeting and presentation about our new development was not possible
without your help. Therefore, I would like to share credit of the successful meeting with
every person in my staff.
Important thing I want to deliver in this e-mail is about the changes we made in the strategic
planning regarding role-play by the professionals during the implementation of the plan will
directly observed and controlled by the senior managers to avoid the deliberate mistakes in
the leadership of professionals. This decision is favourable because it allows the senior
managers to take active and regular part in the activities of the development. Some doubts
about the decision making abilities in the critical situation were also discussed, because in
case of any emergency issue or any failure of the plan, what is the responsibility of the staff
and managers towards the organisation. To manage the emergency senior management and
external consultant suggested the leadership and training to the employees regarding effective
performance and management of the risk with profitable outcome would be added in the daily
working schedule. These changes were made after roper discussion over the presentation and
meeting hence, it is our combined duty to implement these changes in the planning and to
deliver the best in the organisation.

Subject: Fatigue and Stress investigation discussion
Dear, Bob
I feel proud to be a part of the investigation team to investigate the issues and help in
preparing the report of the investigation. This investigation was aimed to examine
employee’s working reports with the organisation’s safety guidelines of the working. Result
on the fatigue measurement report and templates helped me to find the issues behind the
stress. The report represent that regular working affected the employee’s regular sleeping and
less sleeping or over sleeping affected their working in the offices.
Stress to handle the expansion with great responsibility was very high in the managers hence
they were fully engaged in managing the activities with effective co-operation. Hence, they
gave their off and holidays, lunch breaks to the organisation expansion. These stresses, to
utilize the maximum time of the job for the organisation and aim to perform best in their
special field lead many health issues and fatigue in them. This issue is a challenge to the
organisation safety measurement and environment. Hence, I recommend the senior
management to find a better strategic planning and effective solution to develop the
efficiency and ability of the employees with their development.
I am very grateful for you for tis great opportunity for serving the organisation. Looking for
fast action on the issue form your side.
