Our capability to lead: Is the vision seen thoroughly enough? Being leaders, we are
responsible to see our vision clearly and disseminate with our society and encourage society to
sustenance our vision. We are required to understand that imparting the information and JOB
contribution is the obligation of a leader and it may be helpful for others to be motivated with a
directional purpose.
For maintain a relationship, an investment of emotion, effort, and time is required. The
relationship that is built will be helpful in encouraging the team members to contribute more
towards work and possibly persuade them to go beyond the duty assigned at the job. This seems
to be absent in our team, that is the trustworthiness and the relation to work together more
efficiently and effectively. For building trust among the team, the honesty, integrity is required
to be opted for gaining the trust of our leader and team members.
Commitment: the leaders play a vital role when it comes to commitment towards the task,
team, and community. They realize the need for commitment to be excellent in order to make the
community sturdy enough.
Preceding agenda received by the Board of Directors
Boards of the director's head were not available to reply to the questions raised through
the meeting. We were unable to confirm if the preceding agenda send was acknowledged and
ratified by the board of directors
Letter to South Sudan’s Ambassador (Final Copy Review).
Secretary was to reconsider and include a section to the final letter to update that the
problem has been resolved to the ambassador. Panyikwara mentioned noting that in a case

back by any required means.
Ladi Apan Demise
He was the community’s leaders and people use to reach to him. He was not well, and
Mr. Chairman prefers to inform the uncertainty to the community and looking forward to gaining
assistance from them to support the family. He prefers for the family to mourn for the movement,
and will be contacting them later for an update and to know the prerequisites for assistance to the
family
How frequently to meet
Mr. Chairman must ask to meet the community well in advance. In order to make sure
that everyone has the opportunity to attend and prepare for the meeting, the request for the
meeting must be dome a couple of weeks before the actual occurrence.
