The memo is the executive summary of the ways that forms the strategic communication. the
strategic forms of communication is practiced in the organizations by the directors and the
managers of the organization. The memo includes the gist of the three articles that comprises
of the ways of communication that the leaders should follow inside an organization. It
initially explores the ways in which the executives of the C-suit. They are found to use the
corporate forms of communication in order to execute the strategy of communication. With
the passing years the forms of communication have developed. The shift that has occurred
include the ways like speech writing and media placements to a more developed and it has
been implemented strategy. The better forms of communication can make this possible. The
further forms of better communication includes the sophisticated measurement that is used by
big data in order to understand the constituencies and the influence of the reputation plays an
important role in it. The article is the result of a research that was conducted on the better
forms of communication. The research results include the fact that it is better for the
organizations to adopt the leadership communication style. It has a close relation with the
execution of the strategy.
Initially the style of communication was face-to-face. Later with the passing years the
style of communication has changed from face-to-face to technologically advanced means.
The process has grown and it has developed through the ages. The organizations were found

to use the customary face-to-face dialogue. It was also found that the organizations practiced
the simple communication model that provided the different components like the sender, a
particular message. It also consisted of a particular channel that is used to send the messages.
It comprises of the receiver and the sender. This is the base of the simple communication
model. Feedback is therefore an important component in this process as it is communicated to
the receiver. However the other articles include that the organizational communication
includes some components like down, flow, upward flow and the lateral as well as diagonal
flow. The articles includes that the leaders have a large contribution in an improved form of
communication. The leader can communicate the new ideas to their teams by applying the
innovative and developed forms of communication. This will enable them to improve the
internal environment of the organization. The leaders can develop the strategies in order to
collaborate for solving the problems that arises inside the organizations. The leaders should
recognize the cultural differences within the organization and they should use the best form
of communication practice in order to understand the good will of the organization.
