Limitation of study
There is various limitation of the study. The preparation of questionnaire took time which
can affect the data which has been collected by the researchers. The weakness of the study there
were various errors that were been made during the time of preparing the questionnaire. The
research was qualitative in nature so it was difficult to have control on the environment. There
were also some issues while doing the data analysis. All these are the limitations of the present
which can slightly affect the making of the research on subject matter.

Research methodology
Research methodologies termed out as strategies, processes and techniques that can be
utilised in collection of data and also aids to create better understanding about the topic. These
are defined in following manner as are-
Research type: There are basically two type of research which can be used by researcher
in order to gain more information related to the subject matter. One is qualitative and another one
is quantitative. Qualitative study is based on theoretical aspects and even the data is being
collected from the human experience. In this the data is been collected by the researcher through
open ended and main communication. It is easy to collect qualitative data. Quantitative study is

based on the numerical facts and figures. It means that the data which is gathered is quantifiable
in nature. For the present study qualitative study will be used by the researcher.
Research approach: It consist of the plan which help researchers in collecting and
analysing of data (Huertas-Valdivia, Gallego-Burín and Lloréns-Montes, 2019). There are two
type of research approaches that is inductive and deductive. Inductive is based on observations,
patterns and theory. It is based on the qualitative aspects while deductive is been based on
hypothesis, conformation or rejection. For the present study inductive approach will be used.
Research strategy: The research strategy consists of analysing, controlling and
monitoring the study (Fletcher, 2017). It assists in collection of the data. It helps researchers in
achieving the end results. For the present research descriptive design will be used. In this the
research is been made on the population which has already been studied. It forms a part of the
qualitative study. This design cannot provide information on the causes related to the study.
Data collection: There are basically two methods of gathering the information which is
primary and secondary. In the primary method of data collection, the data gathered is raw and
unpublished. It is basically the fresh data. In this the data can be collected with the help of
questionnaire, focus group, interview, observation method. The secondary method is basically
published data. In this the information is been collected through books, journals, articles,
company websites and blogs. For the present research primary data with the help of
questionnaire method will be used (Mohajan, 2018).
Sampling: For the present research simple random sampling will be used. This method is
being selected so that no biasness exists. In this the random employees will be selected for
process. The sample size will be 50 employees from multinational company.
Data analysis: This part summarises the collected data. In this part useful information is
been extracted from the collected data. For the present study thematic analysis will be used. It is
being used as the research is based on the qualitative study.
