Introduction
A project manager is the person which is responsible in leading projects with variety of his
leadership skills in managing different scope for the projects. Project managers start with heir
discipline to create and attained the objectives through the successful completion and using
leadership skills in their formations. Projects completes with the help of effective teams that
contributes their efficient time to become qualified and experienced people. In management
system, there are lots of issues and ways to resolve are to be focussed in this report.
Question-1
Leadership strategies are the styles that govern a leader towards success to get the whole
work done by him or team members efficiently and effectively. The effectiveness of any type
of projects depends upon the large extent, skills they pursue to resolve and accommodate the
task and the undertaking of the required projects. There is a clear vision of the practical
scheduling, clarity in reasons and ability of attracting new talents from outside. The leader
always influences the other person to be same as his personality or some other personality
with positive traits and attitudes. Communication, sharing a common vision, team
management, delegation of authority, creativity, honesty and focus are the special quality
which is needed by project manager to apply in relation to the process where he has involved
in managing different type of complex projects. There is a difference between difficult and
complex projects. Complex projects are those who are more characterised by dynamic
interfaces and internal and external influences. Project manager need to be more focussed on
the development in order to set to the adaptive challenges. They need not only focus on
foundation skills, they are also increasing their inner knowledge in leadership with global
marketplace that continues to become more complex (Caietti, 2016).
Complexity refers to the projects that include the traits of uncertainty and ambiguity. Other
indicators of leadership skills that are must for project manager involves projects timeline,
budgets, involvement of stakeholders and numerous moving parts. The essential skills which
are needed are adaptability to the situations which has come your way to resolve them. The
collaboration of the various teams that are produce to encourage the flow of practices that can
resolve in foster changes and communication is the principle which shows about interacting

team will listen to them and help him to undertake the following task that motivates them to
do in a fastest ways. Leadership comes with the flow of experiences and this cannot be taught
in some time. Project manager always practices himself to be adjusting in these types of
complex projects to get the better results (Simon, 2019). Team management is the activity
which helps manager to distribute the work structure in many ways and get better results of
different minds in the organisations. Having all these skills are essential part of the success
and this motivates the team to develop more solutions to the problems (7 Leadership

skills that able to build more confidence among all and with these types of skills; a project
manager can influence and work on the complex projects.

project manager plays an important primary role and it is being more responsible for the
completion of the task (Project Team Roles and Responsibilities, 2019). Qualified and
experienced person motivate the inner beauty to deal with the situations and provide solutions
to achieve higher success. When I want to staff different projects, I would like to start with
streams of the person and their common behaviour to deal in those projects. The behaviour of
a person can be characterised by number of different factors as his choices to the particular
problem, how person reacts to the situations and how he perceive the things to achieve
success. There is a team lead when there is allotment of the project in different teams to clear
the goals and objectives with clear vision and mission to the projects (General Characteristics
of Human Behaviour , 2019). The several questions should have the official background to

and the resolutions are the duties of the person that can contribute in the process to achieve
them. For example, the conflicts can be developing out as a situation when different members
of a group have is understanding of each other roles and responsibilities. A resolution comes
along with the collaborations of the people within the same assign of the projects or in the
internal organisations and people must be rely on each other (Guan, 2019). The four
common methods to resolve the conflicts are the development of the organisations conflicts
policies and procedures, use of hierarchy referrals, requirements of direct contact and the
fourth one can be establishments of the projects during the activities when they are planned.
