enhancing leadership skills being possessed by the leader. To perform this function, suitable
themes will be formulated so as to ensure that all the important aspects are covered in the report.
It will further discuss regarding key concepts of leadership, which includes, competence,
courage, clarity, character and coaching. It will help in understanding their importance of
incorporating certain set of skills so that ultimate objectives as a leader can be achieved. The
report, will reflect on the learning and betterment which the researcher has been able to learn by
comprehending various concepts of leadership.
