This report outlines a research methodology employing a descriptive survey and correlational design to examine the relationships between corporate sustainability, technology, and leadership styles in the UAE. The study will use a quantitative approach, collecting primary data through structured surveys distributed online via platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, targeting a sample size of 150 informants. Data analysis will involve descriptive and correlation analysis, supported by MS Excel for data visualization. Regression testing models and Cronbach's Alpha will be employed to assess the relationship between corporate sustainability and leadership styles, technology influence, and ensure data reliability. The research aims to determine the impact of technology and leadership on corporate sustainability and employee well-being.

Research Design
The research will use descriptive survey as an instrument for obtaining primary data on
the relationship between corporate sustainability and technology as well as the effect of
leadership in the UAE. Cooper and Schindler (2014) reasons that any research which uses
descriptive design with the objective research sample assessment at a particular point does so
without deciding on inferences casual. As well, a descriptive study is useful for purposes of
obtaining precise profile of not only situations, persons but also events. Furthermore, a
descriptive study will provide assistance in revealing not only how some variables are connected
but also revealing patterns which can be unnoticed particularly during the research process.
As well, the research will also take correlation design. Notably, correlation design of the
research will be useful in determining if as well as to what degree there exist a relationship
between corporate sustainability and company performance. As well, correlation design will also
try to capture the connectivity between technological impacts and productivity of a firm.
Furthermore, correlation design will be useful in obtaining relation between leadership styles in
AUE organizations and depression in employees. However, this will not mean that one causes
another, but will be useful elaborating their connectivity. Thus, dependent variable will be
corporate sustainability and independent variable will be technology while moderator is
leadership style and influence. Notably, for all the data collected on the variables, Cronbach
Aphas will be used to test their reliability

Research Approach
The study will adapt quantitative strategy of data gathering. Bryan (2017) argues that
quantitative study not only predominately collect numerical data but also opinions which usually
are deductive reasoning depended.
Research Population, Sampling Technique and Sample Size
The population of the study will be various employees in different organizations in
AUE. Population selected for particular research should fit a particular specification of a
specific study area (Mackey & Gas, 2015). A study sample particularly refers to population
portion of a given organization which is intended to be used by a researcher in a study which
acts as a reflection general characteristics of the research area (Mackey & Gass, 2015). Thus,
the research sample size will consist of 150 informants. Notably, simple random technique as a
sampling technique will be used. Online survey will be conducted through Google Forms,
Web-links by Surveymonkey site and will be distributed through social media and e-mails
such as Linkedln, Facebook and WhatsApp.
Data Collection Method and Procedure
The research is based on quantitative data as primary source which will be collected
through the use of structured survey. One section of the survey will collect demographic informats’
characteristics while other sections will address hypthosis as well as research objectives. The
survey will have close ended questionnaires to ensure that participants reponses are restricted for
purposes of obtaining accurate data. Also, close ended questionnaires will improve the chances of
the informants their giving their opions unbiasely.

According to Bryan (2017), data analysis is an approach through which collected data not
only examined in a given survey or experiment but also processed to ensure that effective deductions
and inferenced are achieved. As well, analysis of data in this research will be useful when allocating
numerical values particularly to appropriate responses. Besides, since the research is quantitative in
nature, data as well figures will be critically tabulated as well as analysed for purposes of obtaining
significan research findings as well as outcomes. As well, the research will utilize MS EXCEL for
generation of tables as well as charts for illustration of data. However correlation analysis as well as
descriptive analysis will not be sufficient for retrieving the all the hypothesis and research questions.
Thus, a regression testing model would be useful as per the provided linear models below:

in the analysis of data.
