Labour turnover
Leaders and Managers have done a huge contribution in making Corus to reach all over
the world and also the world's top steel manufacturing company. The leader had used their
influential powers to make the employees focus on their task and meanwhile managers motivated
the employees to do that task more efficiently. The employees have also begun to have many
problems with the working environment which was not resolved by the managers in time which
agitated the employees which in turn demotivated them to work efficiently, whereas the leaders
in the company instead of helping the employees they influenced the employees to leave the
company because of some conflicts of leader with the top level of management. The managers in
the company had become so arrogant about their efficiency that they did not even delegate their
work to their subordinates and leader of Corus were so rude to their employees which make them
to upset (Bush, Bell and Middlewood, 2019).
Technological changes

so the managers commanded the employees to take an online feedback of their product so that

know what the product is then it will result in explanation of wrong information in the
promotions of the product which will decrease the sales of the Corus company as to convince
any client the manager should also know what are its positive and negative aspects to fight an
