Leadership can be define as that function in organisational which is related to
performance of business objectives and achieving business function in accordance with needs of

business objectives. In contextual of current business environment, all business enterprises are
facing difficulties in there functioning due to changes in business function and leads to improper
functions. All business units are suffering from impact of COVID-19. Under this report, there is
discussion about that function which is related to impact of this pandemic on performance of
organization. This also includes “what are the leadership lessons that we can learn from the
current Covid-19 crisis”. This report is based in study of amazon. It is American multinational
firm which is performing its function in business environment.

Leadership can be define that function which is related to performing number of function
which is related to performing function in order to guide other employees of that firm can
achieve business objectives and manage function accordance with current requirement.

2019 from Wuhan, china. It has number of adverse impact on business function and leads to
closure of business operations in number of nations. This virus impacted adversely on life style
of UK as well as business units. This is also seen that there are lager number of deaths and
casualties which are related to impact of this virus in UK. In context to present time, this also
leads to achieves ion style of leadership as well as thinking of leader. This is also related to

changes these function. Amazon is operating its function in global market where there is number
of impact of current function which and to be use in order to achieve business objectives. Jeff
Bozos is current CEO of Amazon. He is leading organisation in this current time. This is related
to firm using these function which can because to achieve business objectives on this current
period.
There are different kind of function which is related to achieving business objectives and
performing function in appropriate way. This is intentioned that there are number of theories

Democratic leadership theory: this can be defined as that leadership theory which is
related to performance of business function and leading different individual in organization in
accordance with business objectives. This is that function where manager in firm-use to take
advantage of employee where manager has to perform all those function in effective way. This
helps firm in managing function advertising thee function according to needs so that firm can
perform activates and use function in accordance with current environment. In relation to current

regular changes in polices which has to be use in according to needs and requirements. This
