this is major current issue which is going on in the organisation. Leaders are not able to boost the morale of
the employees so that they can work, like they were doing earlier.
Apart from this, leaders have to split the work in different sections so the employees feel better and they can
relate themselves to the work, for that organisation has changed the leadership style.
As the main motive of leadership is to bring motivation to employees of ASOS plc so that they may attain

But due to pandemic this company is facing loss and the employees also having low morale.
So it is the duty and responsibility of leader that they bring motivation to the employees and help them in
remote working.
\ Now this company has provided remote working to the employees and they have to work from outside the

When the entire team of ASOS plc is working remotely they need belongingness and motivation which is
