INTRODUCTION
A contemporary management issues refers to a problem which is affecting the people and
management currently which are not yet solved. This affect the country's economic effects on the
stock market, the growth of the businesses. It concerns to natural business issue which is caused
by the uncertainties of the crisis. The organization who is facing the problems due to Covid-19
crisis is Nora Cafe. This cafe is located at London near chapel in UK, it has a speciality of
burgers, sandwiches and best coffee. They have their own Coffee gardens from where they get
coffee and roasted by themselves. In this report it discusses the Shackleton's leadership which
involves the mission journey and about his mission. The study says that Shackleton was very
loyal to his people and supports them in every situation.

Characterizing Shackleton's leadership style
Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton was born on fifteenth of February eighteen seventy-four and
died on fifth of January nineteen twenty-two. He was an Irish Antarctic explorer who led the
three British journey. Shackleton was a careful leader, a person who were never asked his people
to do something which he never does with himself. There are some elements which characterize
leadership of Shackleton.
1. Model and inspire optimism- Shackleton had believed his people the most and their
missions as well. He always takes his decisions in the favour of the people who are
working with him and to inspired them with the hope of the accomplishment of their
missions (Bragg, 2018). This model is characterizes Shackleton's leaderships styles. He
was very excited about every mission, he had an enthusiasm. Shackleton had a clear
vision about everything he desires to complete.
2. Development- The people who was with Shackleton had to understand the purpose of the
journey they were heading to. Development is highly characterizes Shackleton's
leadership towards their team members. They all are selected with their involvement and
curiosities in that purpose. Some times the team member's had a conflict between them
because every member of the team had a different idea.
3. Build unity- Shackleton had valued his work because he is quite loyal regarding people
who are working with him. His team's health is more important than the mission, because
he knew that he could complete the mission without his team (Hector and Phillips, 2018).

strict but also they are very good teacher to learn the work properly. These lessons helps to

long term resources. Covid-19 was very uncertain it put impact on the cafe, but the leaders have
already aware about such crisis, and they planned everything in advance. Leaders do not delay of
make tough choices, such as work from home and social distancing.

the new menus for the customers and can enhance the delivery stability.
