In these leadership learning journals, I analyzed and evaluated the different forms of
leadership and then assessed them to find out what I am required to adopt. Judging from the

scholars too as the right choice, along with some implementation plans to follow and adapt this
form. What I have understood from this overall discussion is that the holistic approach of

develop into a true leader - someone who is more interested in creating jobs and new openings
instead of pure money-making.
