Critical thinking is useful for any business to analyse the facts or issues to form a opinion. It is
helpful for the business leaders in self-directed, self-disciplined, self-corrective thinking. A
leader must have the quality of observation, identifying biases to analyse the critical thinking
(Larsson, 2017). The skills in which a business or a business leader think critically are the
interpretation, evaluation, problem-solving, decision-making, inference and self-regulation. To
help business leaders to think critically a leader must consider a strategy that what is the best for
their overall organisation. As per the majority the leader must understand and clear to take
rational decision. As a critical thinker the leader must avoid too much information as they
recognize they will not have 100% information they gathered but a leader knows that at the time
of necessary decision-making they can move forward and adjust the decision later. A critical
thinker analyse themselves and explain others that why they came to such conclusion. For any
problem a critical thinker must adopt a strategy to identify the issue and research upon it so that
they can present a best solution and eliminate the defects. The main purpose of a leader to think
critically is to ensure that they can able to thin clear and develop some strategies so that proper
decision-making can be done (Snyder and Snyder, 2008). Critical thinking is a set of academic
skills that teachers under graduates and post graduates students to question and reflect to their
