Leadership styles based on diversity: In today’s global business environment, leaders
can face a major challenge of designing the leadership style based on the diverse
culture of global business scenario.
Ineffective flow of communication: Global business environment depicts the
existence of wider reach and diverse culture, which leads to the gap in communication
flow for executing specific leadership style (Wong, 2007).
Behavioral barriers: The barriers in regards with the accomplishment of leadership
goals can be experienced in establishing uniform organizational engagement and
behavior throughout the global presence. The barriers can be identified in the sense of
urgency, lower level of interpretation capability and lower rate of accountability and
trust for a common leadership style through the global business environment.
Cultural conflicts: Accepting the standardized norms from a leader in global business
environment.
Response to Question: Counteract for eliminating barriers for accomplishing leadership
goals
Handling the cultural conflicts: Continual activities of collaborating people from
different background and cultural beliefs and establishing flexibility in leadership
