to develop the necessary strategies in view of these changes. The different uncertainties and

have made the life of the managers very difficult (Gruda and Kafetsios 2019). Thus the
management of the business organizations are only left out with the choice of developing a
new leadership which can act as a major source of motivation to the employees and who can
act as the missing link in between the formulation and proper implementation of the corporate
strategies of the business organization.

changes (Bullough et al. 2018). Though there has been an increase in the scope and impact of
the business organizations, a number of major issues has crippled up which have made it
quite tough for the business houses to tackle.
The increase in the flow of goods and services around the nations has also seen a flow
of knowledge as well as capital from one place to another. However, the uneven distribution
of these total flow process is the cause of the major concern. The uneven distribution and the
