is able to achieve high level of customer engagement. Cocotte Restaurant tend to provide its
organizational services through in store serving and also provide its organizational services
through e-commerce activities in such a way that it is able to achieve customer diversity
providing an efficient economic growth to the organization.

Organizational leadership- The organizational leadership at Cocotte Restaurant tend to take
several steps through which it can ensure that company is able to achieve high level of work

affected. Due to this the company has to take actions like reducing employee workforces so that
expenditures can be reduced because of which employees are not being able to achieve a high
level of engagement in organizational activities. Due to this the company has to face low work
productivity which make impact upon its sustanibility within the market place.
