INTRODUCTION
Organisation changes are important for business organisation which can help to deal with
problems and maintaining a business. Every enterprises needed changes so it can manage the
activities and functions appropriately. In changing environment, it is crucial for management to
identify the needs of different people and satisfied all (Edwards-Groves and et. al., 2019).
Therefore, changes brings are taken by managers which can help to maintain the good business
and affect the activities. This report is based on Blake Logitech management company that is
medium size software developer company that is running business by bringing changes and
challenges that can helps to attracts the customers and increase the profitability. This report will
help to increase insights of people regarding changes and states how these affects a business.
Topics are covered in report are changes impacts on organisation's strategy, drivers of changes
have on organisation behaviour, how barriers to change influence leadership decision making
and leadership approaches to change initiative.

P2 Ways in which internal and external drivers of changes affect leadership, team and individual
behaviour
In business environment, it is important to have full focus and control over organisation
by considering internal and external drivers which helps to maintain good performance and states
which factor may affect leadership, team and individual behaviour (D’Allura, 2019). In context
to Blake Logitech, management are considering internal and external factors to operate their
business by accepting changes that are as defined:
External drivers: This means drivers in relation to out side of business have different
value and consideration that can affect the leadership, individual and team behaviour that are as
defined:
Political factor: This managing government policies, tax rates, tariffs, trade regulations
etc. in relation to business and affected the team, individual and leadership behaviour. It has been
seen that due to Pandemic situation all businesses in other countries has been closed and implied
trade tariffs that affected individual and leadership as they cannot operate their business in other
countries more due to political regulations and team work also reducing as employees are not
ready to accept the changes in this situation (Foguesatto and et. al., 2020).

Economical factor: This integrate with economy that consider interest rates, inflation
rates, growth of developing countries, disposable income which affected the team and individual
behaviour. In UK, the disposable income is increasing which is an opportunity for Blake
Logitech the changes in their software and management services so they can increase their sales
and profitability in challenging environment. This also helps to attracts the team of organisation
while delivering all services effectively and managing the good performance (Glow, Kershaw
and Reason, 2020).
Social factor: This area specialises social situations such as customer behaviour and
expectations that needed to be consider by organisation while operating the business and
maintain the activities. In UK, the societies is having stable attitude that is an opportunity for
Blake Logitech to develop products and services for satisfying customer's demand by using
innovation and changes. This affects individual as they maintain good relation with each other
and team work remains effectively by accepting the changes and maintaining good relations. If
any problem is faced by individual then leaders are performing their role by providing properly
guidance and solution to make changes completion.
Technological factor: The identified are for technological factor is rapid adoption of
changes, new technology, increasing online transactions and automation in business that can help
to improve the performance and profitability in relation to a business (DuHadway, Carnovale and
Hazen, 2019). The existence of technology is very most for Blake Logitech as it bring
automation and self management software services which will help its clients to manage data and
information stored and secure that support to run business and increase the profitability. The
leaders of such organisation provide proper assistance to individuals so they adopt new
technology and automation in their products. Team of such organisation have delegated their
functions to complete the goals and perform it in well manner.
Internal drivers: This is defined as internal activities which are important to a business
to focus and bring changes if needed so profitability can be improved. The managers of Blake
Logitech is applying SWOT analysis under internal drivers that are as defined below:

organisation and helps to improve the business profitability (Appio, Lima and Paroutis, 2019). In
context to Blake Logitech, managers are evaluating their performance by accepting changes and
they take corrective measures to minimize the negative impacts that are as defined:
No Surprises, please: This strategy is related to transparency and honest communication
which helps to create trust between employees and leadership. In Blake Logitech, management is
required to use this strategy that can help to manage the task activities properly by accepting
changes (Berg, Davidson and Potts, 2019).
