Review and analysis
I analysed that intelligence is expanded into wider area. A leader intelligence is not based
on IQ but on many things elements. Thus, the intelligence impact on leader intelligence to a great
extent. Apart from it, intelligence is based on emotions as well. Leadership is dependent in
intelligence. But there are many other aspect. Intellectual intelligence depends on person
experience. The emotional intelligence is to manage own emotions. I think that a leader must be
able to control emotions as it helps in learning. I evaluated that leader is able to take good
decisions once emotions are identified. Having control on ourselves helps in self talk. The
situation is evaluated and changes are made. My view regarding leadership and intelligence is
leader can lead better is emotions are identified. Beside this, by understanding feelings it gives
an insight about relationship. Social intelligence refers to recognising skills of others. It helps in
managing others emotions in relationships. There is another intelligence that is change quotient.
It is the ability to recognise need for change. Leaders adapt and learn things in business
environment. For me people with low SQ’s and EQ’s are not able to control emotion. On other
side, strong IQ people take effective decision. As per my view change quotient is useful in
changing process. It results in learning and making comfort for employees.
