Leadership is considered to be both the research area as well as the practical skill that
is recorded to encompass the ability of an individual, a group of individual or an entire
business organisation in the synergy of leading as well as guiding other individuals, groups or
business entities (Matarazzo & Pearlstein, 2016, p. 168). The academic environment is
known to define the aspect of leadership as the practical and significant process that relates to
the synergy of social influence in which an individual can enlist the aid of guidance as well as
support of other people in the concern of accomplishing a common provided task (Priest &
Gass, 2017, p. 14).
In the present world of the business environment, Leadership has not just remained a
matter of controlling and pressurising people to work, the concept of leadership has changed
to a recognisable matter of intelligence, constancy, humaneness, discipline as well as courage
(Rahman & Mabrouk, 2017, p. 3). At present, the real leaders are not the ones who create
more followers, but, the real leaders are considered to be those who create better leaders for
the future of the business organisation. In this connection, an effective and efficient leader is
deemed to be the one who takes a proper lead in the task the same is provided with. Effective
leadership is considered to be the scenario where the leader recognisably encourages the team
to perform at their optimal level (Daly, 2017, p. 202).

an influence, nothing more or less than that. I believe in this synergy that leadership does
influences people, but there are several aspects which shows that leadership is more than just
influencing people. Leadership helps in creating a better scenario of the working environment
as the same benefits in managing the lower-level employees of an organisation. Moreover,
the synergy of leadership helps the leaders to understand the nature of different individuals as
well as the group of individuals (Leroy et al., 2018, p. 4). Thus, the aspect of leadership does
not only influences other people, but it also helps in increasing the learning scenario of the
leaders as well. However, the differences in our thought process may be a result of biasness
or even our experiences in real life.

element of leadership is entirely what I think about it. I too have the same thought process
that the aspect of Leadership is more than only a title or controlling the lower-level followers.
It also involves the synergy of fostering an interactive level of influence within the
perspective of a situation where individuals, groups or an entire organisation desires a leader
to guide them to reach to the desired level of goal and objective (Maxfield, Noll & Broome,
2016, p. 15). In completely agree with your viewpoint that leadership is more than just a title.
