Please accept this letter as my application for the leadership and development manager position
with the Nando’s Company. I learnt about this position from the Website of the Company. I

foundations stones; its people, product and the place. I believe the education and the experience I
have gained over the years would allow me in making some contribution towards the success of
Nando’s Company.1
For as long I could remember, I have had a strong interest in working for this organization in a
given capacity which deals with evolution of the business particularly, on the development and
successful execution of the business initiatives across relevant business units. Over the past I
have been exposed to providing exceptional foundation and deep understanding when it comes to
driving strategic initiatives. 2
I have served as a development team leader and manager for an area in the various organizations
in the past. I have been comfortable working with the executives in the organization in

developing strategic goals and at the same time constructing a plan to meet them. Part of those
plans included analysis of the financial in driving the wise decision making in the development
opportunities. 3 I understand the leadership aspect of this position and it involves building and
maintaining beneficial relationship with the other individuals in the organization and guiding
them as they undertake their responsibilities.
I have the skills and experience to lead your organization in meeting the long term goals,
particularly in many in depth knowledge to the development on the business initiatives and
meeting the goals. 4My educational background goes; I have completed my four year experience
in the business management degree. I have also done Masters in Project management. With this
am capable of managing effectively many activities at the same time and speed up the work. My
communication, interpersonal as well as the decision making skills have made me an ideal
candidate to this job.
As you can see my enclosed resume, I have extensive experience in a similar organization. In the
American lung organization, I developed a control policy and advocacy program that has enabled
individuals who have tobacco cessation and other issues to deal with them. This initiative
enabled me to work with the various stakeholders within the organization and this provides me
with the combination of knowledge and skills which were tailored towards the implementation of
the intervention and the outreaches programs.
