Leadership and management is an activity of managing and directing people and employees
of a firm to accomplish the set business objectives of the firm in appropriate manner. Leadership

manner. Leadership and management is an effective function of a company because it
contributes in increasing efficiency and attain business goals of the firm. As per Liz Ryan,
leadership and management is crucial segment of a successful firm and it is easy to define that
how leadership skills impacted the behaviour of the company and how management abilities of
the administrator assist in administrating employees of an enterprise, so that aims and objectives
