important role in the life of the individual because it helps them to
perform better in any team. It is required for the individual to
develop leadership skills in their personality so that they can
perform the duty of team leader in the organisation. The
development of team is very important in the management of
organisation because it promotes the innovation and creativity in
the organisation.
Convey 7 habits
Be proactive- under this type of habit, the person is
required to act and focus on those activities which is
controlled by them not those acts which are not in
their control.
Put first thing first- It refers to those person which
prioritize and achieve their mot important goals
instead of giving time to the urgencies.
