INTRODUCTION
Leadership is basically art of motivating the group of people towards goals and objectives.
Leader’s contributions towards the real changes that reflect their mutual understanding between
staff members. This process will influence behaviour of people towards their predetermined
goals and objectives. Leaders possess the leadership qualities that make other people to follow
them. Richard Coulson became the director of practices in 2007, He has three fields of particular
specialisation and interest. Richard is the most famous and successful leader of eCOX
sustainability group. It mainly concerns about the successful leader who always individually
opposed to what they want. This report will discuss about the leadership and implication of own
personal practices. Furthermore, it will identify that how three different ways to improve their
leadership practices and also create smart plan. This documentation will describe the interview
that how it can improve skill, behaviour and knowledge.

Reflection:
I believe that leadership is a dynamic process that positive impact on leader’s life.
According to interview, I understood the roles and responsibilities of leadership which always
support for leader to handle critical situation during task execution. I can put my own efforts to
connect with other people by using communication skill. I understand that how leadership helps
in growth of business.
As per interview, it can be concluded that leadership style plays important role in leader’s
life which always supports to deal with critical situation during task execution. It will help leader
to take right decision regarding enterprise growth and development. In regards of interview, I
understood the transformational leadership style where leader tries to change enterprise policies
and procedures for development. Sometimes, it requires for improving quality of services
effectively and efficiently. I believe that transformation leadership style always help leaders at
workplace for both men and women. It mainly depends on the efficiency and performance. As
per analysis, I found that the women also apply effective leadership style because of their skill,
knowledge and self-motivation. To become a successful Leader, I found that leaders motivate or
inspire other team members towards goals and also share their experience. I analysed that there
are total 57% executive in public and private sector who have democratic style for business
growth and development (Glatthorn and et.al., 2018). As per interview, I would found that leader
