In 3 to 5 years, my long term goal includes becoming a highly prolific human resource director
successful in steering an organization towards success and growth through achievement of key
objectives. I want to be able to manage a group of workers into a committed and hardworking
team capable of supporting an organization into success. I need to prepare this future goal by
