This report is based on the skills and capabilities of each individual which need to improvise
through the effective technique which is helpful to grow the professional career dramatically.
This also provides the learning of the improvement in the expertise in the individual level and
also elaborate on the leadership development plan properly. This also presents the importance
of the leadership style which is helpful to control the activities of the company as well and
lead the team to give their effective efforts in each task. On the other hand, the Whitman
GROW Model which is helpful to design the proper leadership plan in the proper way which
not only develops my professional career but as well my life cycle. Apart from this, the report
also provides the study of the evaluation of the capabilities which I need to improvise in the
company so that this 5-year time of the service becomes more effective. The Whitman
GROW Model is helpful to build effective leadership quality in the individual which get the
desired outcome at the end. This is helpful to enhance the effective new things which are
helpful to implement in the work pace so that the company need to improve the practical life

The leadership is the main element in the company which plays an essential role in the
company to lead their team and this is also helpful to build the proper environment in the

that this leadership quality is helpful for me to develop my professional career in the proper
way to get the outcome which is helpful to grow the business in the competitive world. The
importance of leadership is helpful to create a plan for life to improvise the skills in an
effective way to get the results correctly.
On the other hand, the leadership development plan is helpful to provide the basic guidelines
which are the help to develop the professional and personal lifestyle efficiently. the effective
leadership development plan is helpful to build effective leadership quality in the individual
which get the desired outcome at the end. This not only effective for my professional life but
also for the company where I give my effective leadership style to lead my team in an
effective way (Franklin, 2016). I am just the average student but I understand that this
leadership plan needs to be developed in me so that I get the effective result at the end to the
process in the professional life in the proper way (Urban, 2015). Apart from this, I realised
that the development of the effective leadership in me is helpful to control the activities and
influence each individual to work in the direction which I gave them through instructions.
The outcome of the plan:
There are some points which explain the importance of the leadership skills in me for the
effective future growth and the outcomes which grab after the implication if the leadership
plan which is mention in the below section:
This is necessary to implement the effective leadership style in my professional career
which is helpful to fulfil my dream become a part of the authorities effectively in my future
career (Brearley, 2019).

improvise the innovative changes in the professional career.
Enhancement of skills: This is also helpful to push my personal and professional
career as well so that I make the innovative changes in the lifestyle towards the effective
results (Tischler, et. al., 2016). This is helpful to improvise the skills which are helpful to
enhance the attitude in me to deal with the activities.
Build the proper strength: This is helpful to develop the strength in me to reduce the

There are various models on the leadership planning model which plays an essential role on
the various part of the company but only effective and innovative leadership model is helpful
in the company to build the effective skills in me to get the higher efficient skills in my
professional skills. This is necessary that I should implement the strategic planning in the
working place so that get the effective result at the end (King & Nesbit, 2015). On the other
hand, this is necessary that the individual should develop effective skills so that they get the
results after the implication of the proper leadership skills. The evaluation of the capabilities
which I need to improvise in the company so that this 5-year time of the service becomes
more effective.
Apart from this, I need to implement the effective skills through the planning of the
leadership model so that I get the results which possible after the approach towards the
professional lifestyle. This is also necessary that I need to improvise the capability to survive
in the practical life with the innovative way (Tischler, et. al., 2016). This is helpful to develop
the skills of leading which is helpful to lead their team accurately. The experience is the most
essential element which plays an important role to design the position in an effective way and
showcase the positivity towards the professional career (Rubens, et. al., 2018). The use of this
leadership quality is helpful to develop personal and professional skills in me to get the
results properly.
Whitman Grow Model:
So, I choose the Whitman Grow Model as the leadership planning model which is helpful for
me to get the successful element in the professional life which is also helpful to build the
professional career more effective. The Whitman Grow Model is proposed by John Whitmore
and Graham Alexander in the year 1979 who provides the learning that the planning model is
helpful to enhance the skills and knowledge properly. This model is helpful to build the
proper framework which is helpful to resolve the issues of the individual in the proper way
(Koo & Park, 2018). This is necessary that this plan is helpful to set the proper path in the
proper way which attracts the desired goals properly and efficiently resolves the issues.
Apart from this, this model has various factors which are helpful to make the innovative
modification like fulfil the aspiration of each individual and set the proper goal to get the

individual efficiently. I need to implement the option to propel my colleagues and have
successful administration aptitudes (Ragan, 2018). This model helped me a ton in achieving
my internal objectives and furthermore the objectives of the group and the destinations of the
association. This is necessary to build the proper model for the leadership style to get the
result efficiently. This model is comprising of different structures through which any
individual will probably improve their inward aptitudes.
Grow model includes four elements which are Goals, Reality, Options and Will. These four
elements joined to size up the management abilities of people. With the assistance of this
model, I had the option to understand my desires, my present condition, and also become
familiar with the available different assets and also supported me improving my actions
which measured me in achieving my hidden objectives and targets (Rubens, et. al., 2018). I
have the choice to set those objectives which are accessible, calculable and clear. This model
helped me as well as promoting my self-motivation. So, it is concluded that the fourth factor
of the grow model is helpful for me to enhance my desirable goal and also provides aid to
enhance the intention which attains the goal which is extraordinary in an effective way.
On the other hand, grow model helped me a great agreement in important my objectives to
figure up my management capabilities. This model enhanced my display as well as I had the
option to examine my internal possible and I have the option to resolve my inner quality
which helped me in turning into a convincing inventor (Packard & Jones, 2015). This is not
about for the person to take influential decision for the development of the company yet also
the individual will practically move the classmates so that others will possibly take care of
extra efforts to achieve the aim of the company and also attain the objectives and aims of the
team which is set by the leader (McCleskey, 2014). There are some elements which describe
the effectiveness of Whitman Grow Model that mention in the below section:

model. I was also prepared to know my performance objectives so I have the option to
advance my skills and I became familiar with what I need to do to achieve the desired

understanding of my opinions and motivations which I have to satisfy on the future time for

of leadership according to the all possible options. I have the option to understand that I have
to give my full efforts in the hard work to achieve my inner objectives and aims.
What Will I do: I have the option to measure what I can do in the future to have
possible management abilities in my future career with the aid of this leadership model
(McCleskey, 2014). This factor gave me lots of self-experiences and I have the option to
perform in the numerous activities plan to achieve my basic objectives and aims which will
be beneficial for the future growth of my expertise abilities and skills. I also will virtually
have successful management skills which are helpful in my professional career.
Reality: I analysed my present condition which I am experiencing with the goal that I
can help to make the advancement in my ability and skills by giving focus on the weakness
which may harm on the professional career of mine. I became more familiar with the truth of
my character which is helpful for my professional career through the aid of this leadership
model. I became aware of what my qualities and skills are and what my weaknesses which I
need to resolve by time. I was also ready to differentiate the consequences or limitations of
my previous performances and become more aware of what is my aims in my professional
career (Performanceconsultants, 2019). This is helpful for me to improvise my skills and
ability to achieve my objectives and aims in an effective way which is also helpful to build up
leadership skills in my future career as well.
So, at the end I can say that, Whitman Grow Model does not just evaluate the person in their
future development but also give them a proper more effective way which is helpful for them
to make progress in the future times and have successful management skills which will assure
the person that he or she will practically go into a convincing leader in their future career.
