Objective 1
I have always kept this in mind that proper ethical conduct is of utmost importance in any
social campaigns. So, I tried to learn and maintain all the ethics that was needed when I was part
of the social campaign called color of change. I mingled with all my coworkers in a friendly way
and tried the method of knowledge sharing. I concentrated very much on the seminal classes with
my coworkers which have helped me a lot in the online researchers. This social campaign mainly
works towards helping people who have often suffered discrimination due to their color. So, in
order to do that, I had to abide by all the necessary ethics. The most important thing that I have
learned from this is a team working. I had to work with all the other team workers as a full team
so that there is proper cooperation and understanding among all. The idlenomore social
campaign helped me to gather good interpersonal skills as this campaign needed me to interact
with a large number of people coming from so many different cultural backgrounds. It is only I
have learned that no matter how much difficult the situation is, one must always maintain a
proper team spirit I will always abide by this in future. It will help me in developing a
cooperative spirit with my teammates and work efficiently (Bedwell et al. 2014).
Objective 2
One of the most important areas that I have focused on is working on my interpersonal
situations. I learned them best in the idlenomore and the change of color social campaigns. As
these two movements took place on a global scale. I had to interact with so many different
people, who were from different linguistic backgrounds. As a result of which I learned and
worked on my language barriers. This really helped me to convey the motif of these campaigns
to all the group members. Being part of the change of color movement, I have been able to work

a lot with my language barriers. I have learned the language of the racially discriminated and
dominated people, particularly the black Africans and the Americans. It is really helping me a lot
to understand the needs and demands of my clients and understanding their cause and thus
working for their welfare.
Objective3
I have always emphasized on self-awareness a great deal. Being an active participant of
so many different social campaigns like idlenomore, change of color and many others, has really
strengthened my sense of self awareness. I have made it a point to be a very good listener of all
the seminal classes that I attend before and after becoming a part of these social campaigns.
Unless I am aware about my surroundings and the issues that are being faced by so many people,
I can never work fior their betterment. So, I have enriched the sense of awareness of self. Being
a part of the change of color movement has made me a prompt communicator. I make it a point
that I do not keep any issues to be discussed later. I am also a part of the Canadian labor congress
movement that makes me look into the issues being faced by all the laborers of Canada. As I
have increased my awareness a great deal, I can now very easily understand the problems of
these laborers like injustice, lack of education, exploitation and many others. So, I never
postpone any issues to be discussed later. This will definitely help me a great deal in all my
future endeavors and will help me to fight for all the global social causes. This will also help me
to be a trusted person among my clients. I will gradually become someone on whom the clients
can count on (Bedwell et al. 2014).

The most important part of professional life is client dealing and client communication.
Being a part of several social welfare campaigns has helped me a lot in bringing clarity in my
communication skills. Being part of the idlenomore social campaign, I need to deal with so
many different clients and explain them the cause of this campaign and the ill effects behind their
actions. Most of the people that I have to interact with are industrialists. I explain them all the
necessary ethics that goes against harming of the nature. As a result of this, I always referred to
the books of ethics so that I can abide by the rules and maintain a good relationship with all the
clients (Piekkari et al. 2014). I have already improved in this field of client interactions. I am
also maintaining a feedback record that will help me to track the extent of my development and
the areas that I need to improve in. This will surely help me a lot in all my future endeavors.
Objective 5
The other important area that I have worked upon is the integration of the knowledge that
I have acquired. In order to do my work properly, I will have worked a lot on my self
determination as well (Umashankar and Charitra 2016). Being a part of the social welfare
campaigns, I always keep my determination strong. I believe that a strong will power and self
determination is the key to success. This has been helping me ion the present and will surely help
me in my future as well. Being part of a social campaign like change of color, I have to face so
many hostile groups who are racists. They are highly intolerant towards the black skinned people
and any campaigns or groups supporting their cause. But my self determination to abolish this
racial discrimination always helps to fight for the right cause. This will also help me in all my
future endeavors. I will be able to face any and every difficulty that comes in my path.
