Introduction
 Business environment refers to
the integration of the internal and
external factors that includes
employees, supply and demand,
customer’s expectations, activities
of government, social trends,
advanced technology etc(Cai and
et. al., 2016).

Leadership skills
 Leaders refers to the person who leads, commands and
influence other person to work for achieving the goal in a
specified period of time. It also creates a confidence in the
people so that they move to the action (Sousa, and Rocha,
2019).

 Visionary - The main role of the
Leader is to set the clear vision
that is easily understand by the
team members and for the leaders
it is easy to influence the staff
members for productive work.
This could helps in maintaining
the proper decorum in the
business enterprise (Swain,
2016).

 Confident nature – It is an essential skill of a leader as they
are confident about t5hier decision and whatever they do for
the success of the organisation. Confident nature is build when
there are clear objectives is set(DuBois and et. al., 2015).
 Risk Taker ability- This is one of the best leadership skills
that shows the ability to take risk in the leader which is very
important to achieve the overall goal and success.

Leadership style
 Autocratic leadership style - It
refers to that leadership style in
which leaders cannot give the
right to their team members in
decision making process. This is
used to take quick decisions for
the complex problem (Meek,
2016).

 Democratic leadership style – it is an effective style of
leadership where leaders of the company can give the right to
their employees to participate in the decision making process.
 Laissez-Faire style – It refers to that leadership style in which
leaders of the business firm can give the whole right to their
employees as they t5ake their decisions on their own
(Flannery and Greenhalgh, 2018).

 Jeff Bezos is the CEO of the
Amazon that is one of the largest
online platforms in all over the
world. To gain the success of the
organisation Jeff Bezos used the
transformational leadership style
that conjures a vision and mission
in the new heights and gain the
success with also beating the
competition in the market place
(Rowe, 2017).

 From the above explained report it is to be concluded that the
business environment plays and important role in the
organisation activities and than leaders helps in managing and
maintain the business environment by using various styles and
skills that helps in encouraging the employees for achieving
the target in the given time period (Sousa, and Rocha, 2019).
