The personal and professional development is a process which helps in achieving the desire
goals and objectives by learning various skills and capabilities. These development plans helps
in improving the knowledge about how to perform the task and activities in the most effective
manners and have better personality of the individual person in the personal as well as in the
professional life of the person. It is very important for the individual to develop or continue
learning the new skills and capabilities at personal and professional so that they are able to have
the competitive advantages at the organisation management level or in the professional career..
under this report, it is based on development of personal and professional growth of the
individual by using different tools and technique analyses . (Brody, and Hadar, 2015)
TASK 1:
The leadership is one of the important skills which helps the organisation to achieve the goals
and objectives in the most effective and efficient manners. here the Jeff Bezos is a great leader
and CEO of the Amazon organisation. he holds good leadership skills which helps he in
becoming one of the leading leaders in the competitive world and provide the required strategies
which helps the organisation to expand their business at the international market places.
Jeff Bezos, is a founder and CEO of the one of the world largest organisation known as
Amazon.com . he have effective quality of the leader such as risk –taker, building the empire on
the new and productivity innovation in the market. (Bryce, Wilmes,. and Bellino, 2016)
He is a person who holds the vision that matters for the growth of the organisation and achieve
the desire level of the success for the company in the long run. His main motive is to serve the
target customer as they were customer centric in their policies and strategies which helps them to
make the productivity results in their organisation. He is one of most influence leader where he
motivates the its employees to perform better in the given task and activities so that organisation
are able to achieve the desire results in the most profitable manners in the work environment.
Jeff bezos have the clear thinking process to helps in simplifying the message of its customer
where they can expand their business to the next level. Some of the leadership theorise and

presentation in the office or in the college work so that the information can be shared among

the concern topic and make the effective and efficient decision about the research . another
aspect of employment and study skill is that person is able to make the effective decision about
this life and the professional filed which will helps him to enhance their current situation into
the better or next level in the organisation and improve their personal living standard in the

During online classes , we have learned various things which improve IT skills and different

frequently. This cycle will helps in understanding what we have learned in the online classes and
what skills we have developed in the class which will helps us in finishing the task in better
manner It includes different stages which lead to better experience for the individual which are

develop the team work which will improve my work in the coming years as working in team are
very important part of the any organisation. also learned about the how to solve the problems in
