Executive Summary
The aim of this paper is to discuss about the major skills important for me in enhancing
my leadership skills. It is identified that i will be more focused towards enhancing my
public speaking skills and conflict resolution skills. It is also discussed in this paper that
these skills will help me in developing by leadership approach in the long term. In

findings, I have found out that I need to work more on becoming an efficient public speaker
(Riasi and Asadzadeh 2015). From these findings, I have understood that despite I think
myself confident to share my thoughts among a group of people, I lack the enthusiasm,
energy and friendliness needed for becoming a successful public speaker. The feedback
from my tutors and peers reveal that I need the voice control ability and body language to
enhance audience relations which is the focus of the public speakers.

and conversing, but I need to follow some of the very important methods of mixing nonverbal
methods in the verbal communications. Secondly, I need to understand the effectiveness of
perfect delivery of my messages like pausing between ideas and speaking deliberately and
slowlyso that my audience understand

relationship with others so that they listen what the solutions (Lord, Gatti and Chui 2016). By
keeping the people as well as the problems separate from each other is the primary
requirement of the successful approach to mitigate conflicts among the people. This

introvert person, engaging in such issues is quite difficult for me hence I cannot
effectively mitigate any conflict situation.
