Strength
Improved level of communication skills helps me to advance the information sharing. It allows to

opportunities. By having an appropriate use of communication skills I have also advanced my self

Weakness
I am not good at stress management which creates an barrier. Stress management skills are not
good which creates struggling situation while having an operation within organisation. It is
necessary for me to advance the skills and meet objectives.

I can focus on number of activities which allows to advance the level of managerial

to sustain effectively in market. Person that holds better inter-personnel skills and other
positive aspects will have better opportunities in the market which might be a threat for

For long term sustainability and advancement in stress management skills. I need to
focus on application of diverse strategies which helps in long term sustainability. In
addition to this, I will try to take impressive grades in my course so that better learning
