2.1 Own management skills

 In addition to this, I can state that there are various skills which I need to refer
effectively for long term sustainability. It has been noticed by me that leadership skills
well developed but application of strategies in regard to leadership is not appropriate.
 It impacts the overall outcome and create issue in work environment. I am also good at
diverse interpersonal skills which assist in improving work standards.

 I am also good at communication which also enhances my level of motivation. It assist
in meeting objectives and allows to advance the overall performance. Along with this,
awareness in regard to planning is also significant because it assist in meeting
objectives. Critical information about diverse capabilities helps in dealing with issue.
 The learning that I am receiving from this course is also an added advantage to my
capabilities and abilities.

2.2 SWOT Analysis
Strength
 Improved level of communication skills helps me to advance the information sharing. It allows to
me to ensure that information is being shared with members in appropriate manner for sustainable
opportunities. By having an appropriate use of communication skills I have also advanced my self
confidence which allows me to make sure that I am well focused towards work activities.
Weakness
 I am not good at stress management which creates an barrier. Stress management skills are not
good which creates struggling situation while having an operation within organisation. It is
necessary for me to advance the skills and meet objectives.

Opportunities
 I can focus on number of activities which allows to advance the level of managerial
skills. By having an improvement in technical and managerial skills I can boost my
career opportunities. It will allow to complete task in desired manner so that goals and
objectives can be accomplished in desired manner.
Threats
 In current market the ratio of competition is very high so it is one of critical task for me
to sustain effectively in market. Person that holds better inter-personnel skills and other
positive aspects will have better opportunities in the market which might be a threat for
me so I need to ensure about the subject.

2.3 Prioritisation of objectives and
targets
 For long term sustainability and advancement in stress management skills. I need to
focus on application of diverse strategies which helps in long term sustainability. In
addition to this, I will try to take impressive grades in my course so that better learning
regarding subject can be attained. It will assist me to advance the issues so that long
term objectives can be attained.
 I will try to advance the leadership capabilities through application of learning
program. Case studies and other workshop can be taken into account for better
improvement.
