There are certain cultural factors associated with the cultural factors in the training and
the development of the student. One of the cultural influence is the support of top-level
management for the employees. Leadership is a paramount factor in attaining the success of the
training program. The second cultural influence is an effective organizational culture. This
should be noted that if the organizational culture is supportive, it will stimulate the training and
development of the employees. It will help the student to encourage the employees and to
develop knowledge and competence. This will, in turn, help the trainees to a learning culture and
encourage their motivation to learn, which is believed to influence each other.
It is very important to consider the cultural dimension while developing a training
program for today's workforce. Unlike previous times in the present situation in every
organization has employees who hail from different cultural backgrounds. Studies have shown
that bilingual training makes the brain stronger and thereby degenerate the mental order, thereby
knowing the culture is effective in imparting holistic training to the employees. This will make
an irreplaceable component in supporting the innovation among the training and market
adoption, which will generate more employee engagement in training.
Unit VI
My experience with career development programs is very significant and enriching. I
think it provides an immense benefit not only to the employees but also to the organization. I
have experienced that this has generated a higher level of job satisfaction among the participant
employees and has, in turn, resulted in a higher level of organizational commitment from the side
of the employees. It makes the employees work harder as they feel that the companies they are

working for their benefit. This also helps the organization as it helps in generating productivity
and higher financial return.
The two approaches that are taken by me are. First, I deal with the shelf life learning of
the development needs as this approach I find makes the need to learn effectively and regulate
more important than ever before. It is very significant to avoid information overload as training
must strike a balance between the right information and lots of information. The second
approach I follow is to provide flexible learning options to them. It is very significant to let know
the employee that there is a need to engage in learning and the development activities as it would
turn into work overload, which is overwhelmed and is consumed by the question.
Unit VII
The one approach that I would prefer for the development of the leadership of the
program is that I will set clear goals and multiple milestones for the leading participant in the
programs. The participant in the leadership programs will be given long as well as short time
long term goal I the programs. However, there are other measures also, which is decided in order
to measure the success with frequent milestone. I think this leadership program will be best to
judge because these attributes will be effective in order to judge the capacity of the participants. I
think one of the prominent skills in a leader is to meet effective goals, both short and long term,
as this is the most desired best aspect of a leader. It is very important for an organization to have
a great leader in order to grow and develop effectively in this competitive world. This will help
the organization to best execute the strategy of the organization, which will be an attributing
factor in the success of the organization. This skill will test the accountability of the leader.
Accountability is one of the most important in the leader as the performance of the team depends
on the accountability of the leader.

In my current career program, I need to create an overall online digital plan for the launch
of my new product and lead my team in the endeavor. I have to participate in the leadership
development program, which is organized by the organization. This will help to address the
organizational needs in terms of my leadership. The leadership program that I took has able to
build self-confidence and taxes in the organization, which will help me in developing different
perspectives in the organization. The various technique that I have learned through the leadership
program have able to use various techniques in the process. Through the teaching skill, I have
also learned to introspect in the process, which will help me to guide my teammates in the
process. All this vision will help me to build a great team in order to carry out my project. As I
have learned in my program, I will try to set up goals for my teammates. The goals will be both
short term as well as long term. This will give me an option to introspect and will help to access
the strength and the weakness of my team members and will motivate them.
