Leadership and management refers to one of the major function which is implemented in

theme which is How digital technology influences the evolving role of leaders and managers in
the service industry. In the present report, TUI is chosen as the base company. Its a German
travel & tourism company which serves tour and travel services to customers. In the current
report, major emphasis is given to various topics which includes classical theory, leadership
styles and management style. Along with this, the report will going to cover different role of
leader as well as different leadership style which will aid in order to increase their profitability
along with productivity of the organization.
