Chris in building up an effective team. It has also been analyzed that this cross functional team
was responsible for marketing and delivering the services to the district within a particular

motivated. It has been analyzed that in order to reduce the problem management decisions were
being passed on to the new leaders so that the innovative and creative solutions can be gained by

can become diverse easily. In order to solve the issues of the team Chris also changed the
management structure. It has been analyzed that DSS consulting has changed their structure from
functional to hybrid. It has also been evaluated that specialized training was been provided to the
cross functional team in order to keep them motivated.
