company. Satya Nadella had the capability of offering the clarity that helped in easing the
difficult situation. He has the unique capability of dealing with an uncertain situation in the
right manner that can remove the confusion in a company (Covin and Slevin 2017). It helps
him in working with the precision that have acted as a crucial factor that have helped in
bringing success for the company (Grint et al. 2016). Satya Nadella have the genuine passion
along with the enthusiasm that have helped in building the strong relationship in between the
members of the team. It have helped in driving the success for the company and assured it a
prominent position in the industry.
Satya Nadella have been able to identify the key areas of the focus that have helped
him in lending the help to the other members of the team. The energy level of the leader have
