leadership is the accomplishment of goals after receiving directions from human being and
supported to grow their business. For business organization leader is important as it understand
the goals and guide their employees to work accordingly that can help to managing all functions
and activities effectively. The current study is about effectiveness of leadership within Australia,
where University of Melbourne is selected that provides education to their students by managing
the classes and activities effectively. The leadership which is adopted by leaders convert the
vision of company into reality. The current PPT covers research design and preliminary findings,
and research questions.
