Summary of the Presentation

In the presentation, the concept of the effective leadership has been discussed. Effective
leadership is related to execute the mission and vision of the company. Leadership used to create
and plan the proper goals of the organization. In presentation, Robert Scott is selected as a
leader, which works as a CEO of Wesfarmers. The business leader works to maintain the
effective leadership in the business. The presentation discussed about the various factors that
makes the leader successful in organization and the ways to measure the effectiveness of
leadership. It has been determined that the leaders contributed their performance in achieving the
success of the company (Shu, 2015). Leaders plays an essential role in attaining the success of
the company. The presentation described that the strategic planning and cooperation are two key
factors that used by Robert Scott for achieving the success in the business. As the strategic
planning is the function used to maintain all the operations of an organization in a proper
manner. Cooperation is also a key factor as leader cannot get success without cooperating with
the employees (Reichnpfader, et al., 2015). The effectiveness of measuring leadership is also
discussed in this presentation and the two ways of measure effectiveness are by evaluation
feedback and by analyzing business results. Robert Scott uses these measures of effectiveness
then only he gets success in the company as a leader. The leadership of Robert Scott helps the
Wesfarmers in achieving success in the market. The presentation gives a brief description related
