Leadership style is the behaviour patters which is adopted by the leader for influencing
behaviour of employees within organisation (Aydin, Sarier and Uysal, 2013). It includes way of
giving directions to subordinates as well as leader motivate them to do work in effective manner
and achieve pre-determined goals and objective. This report is based on Vigers Property
management services (Hong Kong) Limited. It is an reputable international real estate
consultancy organisation and they are serving their services over 170 years worldwide. Below
mention report is going to explain leadership style which is suitable for managing work of Vigers
Property management services. As well as resolving the issues of lack of motivation, lack of
responsibility, lack of communication among staff, morale is slow and many more.
