project, how to motivate followers and manage diversity along with a precise note on
emotional intelligence is covered with refection. To gain better understanding of this project,
example of Astra Zeneca is taken into consideration. Astra Zeneca is a multinational
pharmaceutical company which is headquartered at Cambridge, United Kingdom.
