INTRODUCTION
Employability skills as a crucial part of individual wherein effective skills like
communication, leadership, coordination helps to attaining goals and objectives of the firm. In this
report, range of methods and techniques of motivation are used by the manager for improving the
quality of employees as well as performance. Under this report, there are various aspects of
employability skills which will be studied in the context Hilton hotel. The present report covers,
responsibility of manager is to identify the work based problems which arises at the work place and
further they develop various alternative ways for solving the issues. Employee uses time
management strategies accordingly they set work and deadlines which helps to attaining the goals
of the firm. . In addition to this, individual plays different role in the team and they share the roles
and responsibility for achieving desire aims. There are various alternative ways for completing task
on time which is used by the team members.
TASK 1
1.1
As a service worker of the Hilton hotel, there are various responsibilities which are required
to be fulfilled at the work place (Jabbour and et.al., 2013). In this way, I am responsible for solving
the issues of the customers and clients as well as provide them with best services. It assists the
manager to easily operate the activities of the firm and maintain the relation with the users. In this
regard, I am required to improve communication skills which will help me to understand the
problems and assist in developing good relation between company and clients. For this, I will attend
seminars and conferences which will help me to increase the confidence level towards the services.
Being a service worker, I need to identify the requirements of the work place and effectively use
available resources which can aid to deliver the best amount of input to the manager. Moreover, it
will positively affects the presentation of the company because customers are satisfied his services
is given by me (Jones, 2013). As per this, organization increases the market share in hospitality
industry and maintains the overall productivity. Apart from this, my performance objective is to
increase sales turnover like 25% of the company and attain the satisfaction level of the consumer.
The objective can be done in 2 weeks In this context, I need to render relevant information among
the customers and employees which can help me to operate all activities at the work place and attain
desire goals.
