skills and knowledge then only they can be considered as the effective leader. In the organization
leaders helps in achieving the targets of the business by increasing the sales of the company
because every organization works to achieve profit in the market if the services of the business
will not met the expectations of the customers then it can affect the overall growth of the
business in the marketplace. Leaders guides the employees in the effective manner so that their
performance can be improved can productivity of the business can also be increased in the
market. Leader’s helps in identifying the areas in the business where improvement is needed and
