Aim – The aim of the research project is to assess the impact of
leadership styles on the employees performance
Objectives – There are three key objectives of the research project
1. Assess the role of leadership styles in the organization
2. Assess the impact of leadership styles on the performance
of employees
3. Assess the ways through which the employees would be
benefitted by the impact of leadership styles
Questions –
1. At what level, the leadership styles impacts the employees’
performance?
2. Did the productivity of employees improve due to the
application of suitable leadership styles?
3. What are the benefits which are attained by the organization
due to the application of leadership styles?

The growth of the organization in the business environment has
been dependent on several pillars but the role of employees has
been significant in it. It is essential for the organization that they
maintain high efficiency and productivity of the employees. The
employees’ performance could be managed through the effective
application of leadership styles. The study would help in gaining
understanding regarding the impact of leadership styles on the
employees’ performance.
