INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship is refers to the ability and readiness to create, organise and run a
business along with its all risk and uncertainty for making the maximum profit. Along with this,
entrepreneur is an individual which develops in new business and bear most of the risk.
Entrepreneurship in business venture is the important aspect as it helps in to enhance skills,
knowledge and risk bearing ability in order to generate high profit. Moreover, leadership is refers
to the ability of an individual to guide, influence and directing the employees or team towards
accomplishment of common goal of an organisation (Doğru, 2020). This is the most influential
and critical element in all businesses as they are consist of the effective tools and skills which
influence teams to run the business smoothly and effectively. They has been contribute in to
improved the productivity of the workforce along with ability to obtain success even under the
pressure. Below report id consist of understanding and insight of leadership style and
entrepreneurial qualities, business and business organisation and there styles and attributes.
Moreover it includes self assessment results and identification of specific qualities, traits and
attributes which help in success of business.

Leadership styles and entrepreneurial qualities along with characteristic following a reflective
report.
A leadership style is define as the method that is utilised by the leaders in order to
providing direction, implementing plan and for motivating people so that they will work with the
dull potential (Zainea, and. et. al., 2020). This is also describe as the behavioural pattern which a
leaders adopt to influence and in spore the teams in order to enhance skills and productivity.
There are various leadership style as some are discussed below:
Autocratic leadership: This is also known as authoritarian leadership on which leader have
strong control over all the decision and allow little input from group members. This type of
leaders generally make the decision on the basis of their opinions and judgements and did not
accept the advice or suggestions from the team members(Doğru, 2020). This leadership style is
tend to develop highly structured and very rigid environment but also facilitates quick decision
making along with proper discipline in working environment.

Democratic leadership: This is also known as participative leadership style and shared
leadership style in which teams and employees are allow to take more participative role in the
decision making process and freely give their opinion and suggestions. This is the most effective
style as leaders influence to higher productivity, better contribution of team members and
encourage the collaborative work so that positive environment can be develop within the
organisation.
Transformations leadership: This is the leadership style in which leaders tend to wok with the
team so that they can identify needed change (Harris, and Ozdemir, 2020) . Leaders encourage,
in inspire and motivate employees so that they will innovate and create change that help in to
grow and shape the future of company
Coach-style leadership: Leaders use this style when they are seeking to improve the
performance of organisation. This has been characterised by partnership and collaboration as
leaders act like coach, hierarchy and command and control which provides direction of
collaboration and creativity.
As per the above the discussion of leadership style, I have analysed that as per my
qualities I will followed democratic style as this help to maintain goods relationship and positive
working environment. Along with this, I will allow my team employees in to participative in
decision making process with the new ideas, opinions and suggestion it would be helpful in
imp0lienting something new and in the critical decision making for organisation (Mehta, 2020).
As only my decision would not be beneficial for my organisation as compared to participation of
various minds in process. So as per my qualities and skills I will prefer democratic leadership
style and allow my team to give suggestions and ideas freely while making decisions. Moreover,
this will help me in maintain good relationship with my team.
Entrepreneurship qualities
Creative: Entrepreneurs are the one that come up with the creative and innovative
solution in order to raise the standard of society. A successful entrepreneur is creative thinker
along with the many ideas that is constantly flowing in the mind. This is the major ability to
think wide range of creative ideas which helps them in to develop different kind of innovative
and unique business.
Risk taking ability: This is one of the major quality of entrepreneurs as they have a
ability to take the risk greater then others in order to achieve greater success. They known the

perfect timing of when to take risk and which risk is beneficial and harmful or threat for the
company.
Disciplined: Entrepreneurs are highly focused on making their business work
successfully. They are associated with the overarching strategies and approaches in order to
aco0mplih their goals and objectives (Lombardi, and. et. al., 2020). They have take the strategic
steps every day towards accomplishment of objectives as they are highly discipled and focused
for their business success.
As per the above evaluation of entrepreneurial qualities, I have the quality of risk taking
in which I have the ability to think new and innovative and implement it into the action in order
to generate higher profits for organisation. Moreover I will encourage my team to give
suggestions and ideas along with the capability to take rusk which will help them to enhance
their skills and knowledge and also help in to shape the success of company in future.
Entrepreneurship characteristics
Confidence: Entrepreneurs have believe on themselves that they can achieve their goals
with the implementation of new and creative idea. They are always ready to invest in the
business they want to start as they are confident that they can develop something better and
effective which is currently in the market.
Decision-making: They are tend to make effective and quick decision making regarding
actions which they will take for the success of organisation. For this they have the better
understanding of the problems and solve it through adequate decision making.
As per the above entrepreneurship qualities, I have analysed tat I have high self-
confidence level through which I will be able to take the decision on implementing the new idea
into action as I am confident enough that it will create better and unique then existing one
(CHIMA, EKERE, and OGBARI, 2020). With the help of this my organisation will get a better
success and growth in future.
How certain traits and attributes add value to business and business organisation through with
example
For the successful business there are various traits that are important while working in the
organisation. As these traits and characteristics has been provides support through adding value
in the company, some of them are discussed below:

passion: As an entrepreneur which need to creates value for the company it require to
develop passion to work in organisation and contributes in the success and to fulfil l
mission. Passion is one of the most important which help in achieves professional as well
as personal goals and objectives when entrepreneurs are passionate they think completely
different in solving problems which provides effective outcomes other then this they also
establish a good relationship with others (Chernyshenko, Uy, and Jiang, 2020). As
having the quality of being passionate towards my work and organisation, I will create
and add the value to my company with the support of that value I will solve the problems
in effective way and very quick so which is important for the smooth running of
operations.
Risk taking: In order to create value for the organisation, risk taking is on eof the major
characteristics of entrepreneurs as they are not afraid of taking risk. There are many
difficulties and situation that arises in the organisation and id entrepreneur will not deal
with it then this can impact the profitability, productivity and even survival of the
company (Ho, and Chan, 2020). With the help of this quality of risk taking, I face many
situation and solve it effectively which creates and add value to the organisation. With
this, I am able to save the future and growth of the company.
Technology: This is the factor which creates the value and stand as strong competitive
advantage for the organisation. When a technology is being used by the company in
effective manner then it creates the value by attracting consumers(Haase and Franco,
2020). As per the today's scenario, utilisation of advance technology is essential for
business whether it is communication technology or developed software, with this, I
have also utilised the technology in organisation in a way which has been provides the
favourable outcomes for company.
As per the analyse of above traits and attributes, I have measured the all the qualities are
quite essential in order to creates the value for the company (Zhang, Yan, and Qi, 2020). The
most effective qualities which I considered is risk raking as with this company can deal with the
uncertainties and threat effectively and enhance the capability of converting threat into
opportunity that add value and provides growth to the company.

As per the above research, I have evaluate all the leadership style, entrepreneurial
qualities, characteristics and traits which all are important in order accomplish goals and
objectives of the company. As per the leadership style, I have followed democratic style as
because it has been participate all team members in decision making process through in which
they gives new idea, suggestions and opinions that benefits in effective decision. Along with this,
it also encourages collaborative and positive working environment. Moreover, as per the
qualities and characteristics I am confident and risk taker which help me to serve better to my
company that can create value for it. As I am able to take to take the risk and have enough that it
will create something better then existing one through. With this overall productivity and
profitability get enhanced and contributes in the success of an organisation. Along with this, my
leadership style within the organisation is democratic leadership through suggestion with the
team and co-workers will be more beneficial for my business organisation.

As per the above analyse it has been concluded that, leaders and entrepreneurs are having
various traits and characteristics which is needed for the successful business enterprise.
Furthermore as per the all leaderships style a entrepreneur should adopt the style which is
beneficial for the company and provides favourable outcomes. Moreover, there are some specific
traits, attributes and quality that has been contribute in the success of the organisation.
