Leading a team for workshop:

themselves out of place with the new strategy. Before operationalizing any new strategy it is very
important to conduct workshops with the employees and workers to give the practical experience
of working with the new strategy. In this case the new ethics charter containing detailed plan
about the new WHS strategy shall be practically explained to the employees and workers of an
organization. In order to familiarize the employees and workers with the new WHS strategy and
workshop shall be conducted.
A workshop must have the necessary qualities and attributes in order to be successful. A
successful workshop must have the following attributes and qualities:
The workshop shall have a clear objective:
Those conducting the workshop must have a clear vision as to the objectives that they
want to achieve from the workshop. According the workshop shall be planned.
The workshop shall use non-technical and easy terms for the employees to
understand:
The workshop must use easy and simple terms to ensure that the non-technical employees
and workers do not find the workshop difficult to understand.
Easy to understand methods shall be used:
The workshop must use easy to understand methods to ensure that the employees who
are relatively less knowledge can understand the workshop clearly.
Proper training to the employees:
The workshop shall provide proper training to the employees to ensure they understand
the new strategy without any difficulty.

Encouragement:
The workshop must encourage the employees to participate in the learning and training
process. Employees and workers must be encouraged to ask questions during the workshop.

employees have understand the new strategy correctly.
Additional training session in the workshop for those who have not understand the
new strategy:
In case any employee or employees have not understand any particular aspect of the
workshop, additional classes shall be given to such employees to ensure they understand the new
strategy clearly.
In this case the objective of the workshop is to enable the workers and employees of Max Lionel
Realty to understand the different aspects of new WHS strategy and other aspects of ethics
charter. This would help the organization to achieve better performance from its employees.
Providing effective training to the agents will enable the organization to ensure 100%
compliance with the new WHS strategy and ethics charter. The three branches of the
organization, i.e. Residential, Commercial and Investment have three different managers. The
following roles have been assigned to different managers for implementation of new strategy:
Residential manager:
The residential manager has been given the responsibility to conduct regular training for the
employees and workers of residential branches to familiarize them with the new strategy. The

employees and workers must be equipped after the completion of the training to conduct day to
day affairs in accordance with the new strategy without any difficulty.
Commercial Manager:
Again the employees and workers of Commercial branch should be trained to allow them to
work under the new environment subsequent to the implementation of new strategy without any
difficulty. Providing proper training to the employees of the branch is one of the top most
priorities of the manager of the branch.
Investment Manager:
The Investment manager not only responsible for ensuring proper compliance with the
employees and workers of the Investment Branch but is also responsible for conducting the
overall evaluation of the organization.
Model ethical behavior to encourage ethical behavior:
In order to encourage everyone within the organization to behave ethically the
organization should reward the employees for maintaining highest standards of ethical integrity
during the course of a year. The employees that have set the benchmarks when it comes to
ethical behaviour shall be rewarded with financial incentive and promotions. Such incentives
would encourage the employees of the organization to maintain highest standards of integrity.
Collaborative style of leadership:
The organization has decided to collaborate to make the implementation process of the
new strategy a collaborative process. The inclusive leadership will make the workers and
employees feel part of the implementation process and this will help the organization to achieve
its desired objectives.
